Inspector Morse Tea Towel - The exclusive design for the Inspector Morse Society by Sara Goodwins should be a valued item of any Inspector Morse enthusiast. The towel, measuring 48 cm by 80 cm, is 100% linen with the design printed in Oxford Blue. Featured are various elements associated with Inspector Morse. Corgi MkII Jaguar - At 8 p.m. on Tuesday 6th. January 1987 ITV viewers saw a gleaming burgundy Jaguar 2.4, registration number 248 RPA, being driven onto the forecourt of a garage. The man behind the wheel was Chief Inspector Morse and this was his first outing on television. In physical terms he was not destined to go very far — seconds later a gang of crooks smashed into the side of his cherished car — but in broadcasting terms the Oxford detective was going to run and run. As a series, Inspector Morse has proved to be a smash hit.

Corgi Classics have re-released the Inspector Morse Jaguar so you may now own your own 1:43 scale model complete with add-on wing mirrors. The originals from 1987 are now collector’s items and fetch around £120! The retail price is £14·99 but members can purchase this model from the Society with a discount.

The Oxford of Inspector Morse - written jointly by Antony Richards and Philip Attwell this 45-page booklet outlines the various places in and around Oxford most associated with Inspector Morse. It not only highlights the Morse connections but concentrates on the historical aspects of the locations used in the adventures. There are many illustrations and appendices on Inspector Morse books, audio recordings, television episodes, music and radio plays.
